For your convenience, we accept payment of your assessments by E-check or Credit Card.
The account number that was provided to you by your Homeowners Association on your coupon or statement is required to make a payment. If you do not have this information available, please call Golden Property Management during business hours at 336-887-8975 to obtain your account number.

For E-check payments there will be $1.95 convenience fee per transaction.
For Credit card payments there is a convenience fee of 3% (which will be rounded up to the next dollar). Credit Cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard and Discover
Online Payments may take up to 3 business days for processing.
